Apostle Vance & Apostle Debbie Russell
Formally, Arise Ministries International, the fellowship was founded by Apostle Vance & Debbie Russell of Arise Christian Fellowship in Austin, Texas. In 2004, as led by God they gave up leadership of the network occasioning a name change to International Ministers Fellowship.
Currently, seated on the Global Governing Council as Honorary Co-Chair Apostle Vance and Debbie Russell are available to provide counsel which is a priviledged link to our roots.
Dr Cosmas & Dr Adeola Ilechukwu
The leadership mantel fell on Dr. Cosmas & Dr. Adeola Ilechukwu of Charismatic Renewal Ministries, Inc. in Oweri, Nigeria. They served from August 2004 till January 2012 as International President.
After 11 continuous years of growth, the fellowship was restructured at the international level having two distinct bodies:
1. The Global Governing Council - A policy making body
2. International Executive Committee - A policy execution body
Dr. Cosmas & Dr. Adeola Ilechukwu are seated as Chair of the Global Governing Council.
Apostle George & Pastor Grace Akalonu
From 2003 until January 2012, Apostle George and Pastor Grace were assigned by Holy Spirit to steer network growth, as International Coordinator . Currently, they are seated as International President of International Ministers Fellowship. As International President, Apostle George and Pastor Grace Akalonu, in conjunction with their colleagues, led by Holy Spirit, lead the International Executive Committee responsible for policy execution and network growth through embracing the remnant in all nations of the earth. Apostle George & Pastor Grace Akalonu are visionaries of Arise Metropolitan Assembly and Global School of Ministry in London.
